Follow installation steps:
1. Download Job Site Pro Software archive, extract the files and upload them to your ftp site using any FTP client which you have installed at your computer.
Note: With Basic License use Binary transfer mode when uploading source codes. This is a strict requirement of Zend encoded files.
2. Go to http://www.yourdomain.com/install/ (where www.yourdomain.com is your domain name)
3. Put your order key to the corresponded field. You can find your order key in file order_key.txt which is in your site route. Check "I accept the terms of the license agreement" box and click "next"

4. Create an empty MySQL database and add a user to this database. Database user should have full rights because the script will use this user's parameters to populate the database with tables and data.
Note: To be on the safe side, it's advised to make a backup of the whole database at least once a month. Please don't forget to do it.
5. Give CHMOD 777 (full permissions) to the following script folders:
Note: CHMOD 777 (rwxrwxrwx) - you can do that by right clicking on the script file or directory in your FTP client software dialog box and choosing CHMOD or Set File Attributes.
Note 2: You can also setup file permissions automatically via FTP user by filling out "FTP settings" form and pressing "Give rights" button.
Note 3: Sometimes you will have to give CHMOD 777 to public_html (or www) directory and this is definitely forbidden by most of hosting companies. You shouldn't be worried about it because you can simply give CHMOD 777 for the installation period and return to the original permissions level right after it. Note 4: If you use a Windows server, you should either give all rights to Internet Guest account for the above-mentioned folder yourself or ask your hosting company support team to do it.
When done, click "Next" button
6. Enter your Database info. Server info is usually automatically detected, and you don't' need to change this section. Click "Next"

7. Here you set up Administrator info that will be used for your site Administration panel.

8. You need to set up CHMOD 644 or 444 for config.php file at the end of the installation for security reason (see point 5.). After this refresh the page and you will be able to finish the installation

Once you press Finish button, you are in admin panel and you can start your work.
Note: Update of PHP version after script installation will cause the system crash - partial or full. Most likely it's necessary to get a new download link for an updated php version and re-upload the source code.
