The section lists processed payments and displayes information on the payments awaiting administrator's authorization.
It consists of 3 tabs: 'Payments history', 'Payments received' and 'Spent funds'.
Payments History
The tab lists information on payments made by your website members. Clicking a triangle against the name of the user would display 5 last transactions made by the user.

To view full payments history of the member, click 'All payments' link:

You can also filter payments entering certain criteria. To do that, click 'Filter' link at the top right corner of the page. The following screen will be displayed:

Payments received
The section lists all incoming and processed payments. To view payments awaiting authorization only, click 'Require approve' link to sort payments:

To approve a payment, click a 'Tick' mark against a necessary payment, to decline it, click a 'Cross' mark.
You can also approve or decline a few payments at a time. To do that, choose payments for approval and click the button 'Approve' or 'Decline' at the top of the page.
Spent Funds
'Spent funds' tab lists information on type of services paid by site members:

All depends on your account settings at a payment gateway. After your customer finishes a payment, Real Estate displays Processed/Pending/Failed or Awaiting approval status depending on payment gateway response.
